Processing of personal data - information under the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EC).
Tre Kronor Advokatbyrå AB is the data controller for the processing of personal data described below. This means that we are responsible for ensuring that the personal data is processed correctly and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulation.
Much of our communication takes place by phone, email, what-app, messenger, our website and other applications, which involves the processing of personal data. By sending e-mails, filling in the contact form on our website, writing or calling us, personal data is generally always provided. We process personal data we receive in connection with assignments or which is otherwise processed when the assignment is registered, carried out and documented. You are not obliged to submit personal data to us, but submitting personal data is necessary within the framework of our obligations under the Code of Conduct, the Money Laundering Act with requirements for client knowledge and tax legislation.
We process data in connection with assignments to carry out mandatory disqualification and money laundering checks, in the performance of the assignment, for accounting and invoicing purposes and for tax reporting. This data is processed on the basis of an agreement with you or your company or in accordance with applicable Swedish law.
The processing of personal data relating to suppliers or their representatives and other external parties is based on our legitimate interest in managing the relationship and fulfilling our contractual obligations.
Personal data may be disclosed to courts, authorities, counterparties and counterparty agents if it is necessary to protect your rights in the context of commencing, ongoing or completed assignments.
We do not save personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing, unless the data must or may be saved for a longer period by law. Personal data processed prior to and in connection with the performance of an assignment is saved, in accordance with the obligation incumbent on Tre Kronor Advokatbyrå under the Code of Conduct, for a period of ten years from the date of completion of the case, or the longer period required by the nature of the case.
You have the right to request, free of charge, information from Tre Kronor Law Firm about the use of your personal data. At your request or on our own initiative, we will correct or delete inaccurate data or restrict the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to request that your data is not processed for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a computer-readable format. If you are dissatisfied with our processing, you can submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, which in Sweden is the Swedish Integrity Protection Authority (www.imy.se). You can also contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
